It might sound strange, but in the modern world it takes ever longer to find the true compromise between value and significance. Of course, significance is a different thing for different people. Many of us are driven by somebody else's opinion and by pure magnetism of professional advertisement and marketing. To this a brilliant example is the recent success of Apple with its numerous i-products.

 

However, I find it difficult to accept. With some persistence and knowledge, you can find true technological marvels without any compromises.

 

The general population often does not realise that there is a overwhelming technological revolution happening out there disguised by massive marketing campaigns of mediocre products. Numerous start-ups and groups of enthusiasts come up with products that have ground breaking potential.

 

The purpose of this particular web-project is to uncover these hidden pearls of innovation.
